Whistleblowing System
investify has established a whistleblowing system in accordance with EU Directive 2019/1937 to report potential legal violations or criminal offenses while maintaining the confidentiality of the reporter’s identity (Whistleblower System). The whistleblower can report violations of national and European law, e.g., violations of supervisory law or data protection violations.
All reports are treated with strict confidentiality. Whistleblowers are protected by applicable law against disadvantages or retaliatory measures. The whistleblowing procedure must be used in accordance with the principle of good faith. Reports made in good faith remain free of sanctions even if a suspicion is not confirmed or no follow-up measures are required. Misuse of the procedure, however, may result in disciplinary or legal consequences.
